YZF-R3A、YZF-R25、YZF-R25A、MT320、MT250に関するリコールについて

　この度は、弊社のリコールに関しまして、ご愛用者の皆様には多大なご心配とご迷惑をおかけ致しましたことを、深くお詫び申し上げます。
現在、リコール対象車を保有されているお客様には直接ご連絡のうえ、無償修理を実施致しております。ご多忙のところ大変恐縮ではございますが、何卒ご協力賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

不具合の部位（部品名） ①原動機（オイルポンプ）②動力伝達装置（プレッシャープレート）
③制動装置（ブレーキホース）
基準不適合状態にあると認める構造、装置又は性能の状況及びその原因 ①原動機のオイルポンプのプランジャ（オイルポンプ内の圧力を調整する弁）において、設計が不 適切なため、原動機が高回転時にオイルポンプ内の圧力調整ができないことがある。そのため、油圧が周期的に変動してオイルポンプを駆動させるギヤ（樹脂 製）に過大な力が加わり、最悪の場合、当該ギヤが壊れ、エンジンが焼きつくおそれがある。
②動力伝達装置において、クラッチプレッシャープレートのベアリングの強度が不足しているため、クラッチ操作を繰り返すと、当該ベアリングが破損することがある。そのため、クラッチが切れず変速ができなくなり、走行不能となるおそれがある。
③前輪のブレーキにおいて、ブレーキホースがねじれて組みつけられたものがある。そのため、走行中に当該ホースがラジエタと接触して、最悪の場合、当該ホースが損傷してブレーキ液が漏れ、制動力が低下するおそれがある。
改善措置の内容 ①全車両、オイルポンプを対策品と交換するとともに、アイドルギヤを新品と交換する。
②全車両、クラッチのプレッシャープレートを対策品と交換する。
③全車両、前輪用制動装置のブレーキホースの取りまわしを点検して、適切な場合、当該ホースを固定するクランプを追加する。不適切な場合、当該ホースを新品と交換するとともに、固定するクランプを追加する。

③ all vehicles, to check the routing of the brake hose of the front wheel braking device, if appropriate, to add a clamp to secure the hose. If inappropriate, along with the exchange the hose with a new one, to add a clamp to fix.

sebanyak Total 15,072 unit gabungan dari Yamaha R25, Yamaha R3, Yamaha MT250 ( MT25 ) dan MT320 ( MT320 )  di recall di jepang akibat
① prime mover (pompa minyak)
sebab : Engine Plunger ( klep untuk menyesuaikan tekanan di dalam pompa oli ), diakerankan desain yang tidak tepat, Prime mover tidak dapat menyesuaikan tekanan oli di dalam pompa oli saat putaran tinggi
akibat : karena hal tersebut,  gear pompa oli yang terbuat dari resin ( plastik ) di dera kerja keras yang berlebihih, dalam kasus terburuk gear pompa oli pecah/ rusak dan mungkin mesin akan gosong terbakar, ( dan bisa menimbulkan kecelakaan )

Penanganan : mengganti pompa oli dan gear idle di pompa oli .. gratis
② perangkat transmisi (pressure plate)
sebab : dalam piranti transmisi, bearing pada pelat penekan kopling tidak cukup kuat, mungkin akan rusak,
akibat : motor tidak bisa di gunakan
Penanganan : bearing pelat penekan kopling di ganti baru ,gratis ..pelat penekan kopling aman..
③ perangkat  pengereman (selang rem) ….
sebab : selang rem depan melintir sampai ke radiator
akibat :  ditakutkan karena panas radiator akan membuat selang rem depan ini rusak sehingga daya pengereman terganggu, bisa berakibat kecelakaan
Penanganan :  akan di cekrute selang rem depan, akan di tambah penjepit jika sesuai rute .. namun apabila rute/ jalur selang rem depan ini tidak sesuai yang pedoman maka akan di beri selang rem baru dan di kasih penjepit..  , gratis

Beginilah kalo kePeDean Export barang kenegara Maju.jangan anggap remeh ReCall,keuntungan perUnit bisa lebih kecil dari biaya ReCall.Motor dikerjakan Mekanik Japan dgn Standart Japan,trus Vendor Part penganti dibikin diJapan.Konsumen diberikan imbalan/suvenir buat tanda permintaan maaf,Motor dijemput dan antar pake standart biaya sana.ndak cukup 3jt/unit biaya semuanya.
