MotoGP™ RACE SUNDAY 20th OCTOBER

Phillip Island

We have been notified by Bridgestone that they are unable to guarantee safety of their rear slick tyres beyond 14 laps. It has therefore been decided to make the following changes to the MotoGP class race in the interests of the safety of the riders.

1. The race distance will be 26 laps.

2. Every rider will be required to enter the pits and change to his second machine with fresh tyres at least once during the race.

3. No rider is permitted to make more than 14 laps on any one slick rear tyre.This means that a bike/tyre change before lap 12 will require a second bike/tyre change to finish the race.

4. Riders using “Factory” and “Satellite” machines will be required to use the “hard” option tyre (B51DR). Extra quantity will be allocated by Bridgestone.

5. Riders using CRT machines will be required to use CRT “hard” option tyre (B50DR). Extra quantity will be allocated by Bridgestone.

6. The pit lane speed limit zone will be extended both on entry and exit, and the exit route to rejoin the track will be marked by a white line in the runoff area. Crossing this line whilst rejoining the track from pit lane will result in a penalty.

3. Tidak ada satupun  pebalap yang diperbolehkan untuk race lebih dari 14 lap sehingga sebelum laps ke 12 sudah harus ganti motort mesin dan ban.

4. team pabrikan dan team satelit menggunakan ban kompon keras dengan seri ( B51DR )

5. kelas CRT gunakan ban  (B50DR).

  34. Kalo ngalangin racing line, melebihi batas kecepatan, itu cukup dikasih penalty poin aja yg artinya Marquez start dari grid belakang di Motegi

    Toh peraturan penalti terkait pelanggaran maksimal lap saat pit stop juga gak jelas, apakah penalti poin/ disuruh masuk pit lane lagi ato penurunan posisi??

  42. I’m not sure exactly why but this weblog is loading very slow for me.
    Is anyone else having this issue or is it a problem on my end?

  43. om, terjemahan ketentuan wet tyre nomer 3 kurang tepat om.
    bukan harus ganti sebelum lap 12.
    disitu tulisan yang ditekanin, penggunaan 1 set wet tyre maksimal untuk 14 lap, jadi kalo penggantian pertama sebelum lap 12 (misal lap 10). Maka dia harus ganti lagi di sebelum lap 24. jadi diwajibkan 2x pit stop, ganti ban.
    makanya kalo mau ganti 1x pit stop dengan skema max 14 lap + 26 total lap. pembalap bakal ganti motor di lap ke 13 atau 14.
